Following his appearance in court on Tuesday, October 8, Don Nasser was remanded to Luzira Prison until October 23, 2024.
Nasser is still facing charges of defiling a 16-year-old girl and aggravated trafficking in children.
Don Nasser is accused of transporting a 16-year-old girl from Tagore apartments at Acacia Mall and holding her captive for three days at Kito-Kira division.
Despite denying the charges, both have been remanded to Luzira prison pending trial in the High Court.
This crime carries the death penalty.
