The National Agricultural Research Organization (NARO), is urging members of Parliament to come up with legislation compelling all farmers to vaccinate their animals.
Members of Parliament on the Agriculture committe have conducted an inspection of the National Animal tick vaccine plant at the crop resources research institute Namulonge.
